Word Bit Overflow began in 2008 on Posterous as a convenient place to collect my thoughts when Twitter’s (then) 140-character limit wasn’t enough, but a full-length blog post didn’t seem warranted.

With the demise of Posterous, old posts were placed here for safe keeping in May 2013, and new posts are added when they have no more appropriate home or as the spirit moves me. (That is, the opposite of consistently.)
